Advancing Immunology Through Science

The Indian Immunology Society was established in 1972–73 with the aim of developing and expanding the field of immunology through training and research.

The Society works to address major health challenges in India while creating opportunities for professional growth, scientific collaboration and knowledge exchange among researchers working across diverse areas of immunology.

Through scientific meetings, interactions and collaborative initiatives, IIS continues to strengthen the immunology community and advance scientific understanding.

IMMUNOCON 2026 is the 53rd Annual Conference of the Indian Immunology Society, a prestigious scientific event bringing together researchers, clinicians, academicians, and students working in the field of immunology and biomedical sciences.

The conference is scheduled to be held from June 10–13, 2026 at SKIMS (Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences), Soura, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

The event is organized by the Advanced Center for Human Genetics, SKIMS-Soura , with the aim of promoting knowledge exchange and collaboration among experts working on immune system research, disease mechanisms, and translational medicine.
